SINGLE-DOSE PACKETS PROTECT SUPPLEMENTS FROM DEGRADATION.
Liposomal supplements must be protected from heat and oxygen to protect its stability. You can spot a deteriorating liposomal product if it is separating into layers.
One way to enhance the stability of a liposomal product is through uni-dose packaging. Many liposomal products are sold in bottles. Opening the bottle to remove a dose exposes the remaining product to heat, light, and oxygen. This can can cause rapid degradation of the nutrients.
Uni-dose packaging protects the product from oxygen until moments before consumption, keeping it safe and effective throughout the shelf-life of the product.
PHOSPHOLIPIDS EXTRACTED FROM NON-GMO SOY LECTHIN MAKE STRONG LIPOSOMES.
For liposomes to be stable to encapsulate nutrients and not break apart require phospholipids from refines sources that should have natural high percentages of Phosphatidylcholine (PC) and Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE).
There are a few products that are made from low-quality soy lecithin and do not have a proper percentage of PC or PE to make liposomes. This type of lecithin is usually used as a food additive, and should not be used in liposomal supplements.
The phospholipids that are of low quality are lumpy and has a gritty texture indicating that the nutrients are leaking from the liposomes and forming crystals.
Phospholipids that are extracted from non-GMO soy lecithin work the best for affordable and high-quality liposomal supplements. High intake of the unrefined soy ingested as food might contain tiny amounts of undesirable substances, whereas the intake of refined and purified phospholipids that are derived from soy lecithin does not pose any risk. Though there is no evidence found yet of anyone being harmed by the regular intake of phospholipids that are extracted from non-GMO soy lecithin.
TEASPOON DOSAGE SIZE ACCOMMODATES THE PROPER RATIO OF PHOSPHOLIPIDS TO NUTRIENTS.
Liposomal supplements must have at least an equal ratio of phospholipids to key nutrients to have sufficient material to encapsulate the nutrient. 1,000 mg of Vitamin C and 1,000 mg of phospholipids, along with the necessary amount of water for proper liposome formation, will fill a teaspoon (5mL).
Upon analysis of many commercial and homemade products, we found that many are emulsions. This means the nutrients are mixed with a small amount of low-quality phospholipids or lecithin, and contain few liposomes, if any at all.
LIQUID CONSISTENCY INDICATES A TRUE LIPOSOMAL SUPPLEMENT.
Buying a liposomal product in a capsule may sound like a good idea — no unpleasant taste, less packaging waste, lower cost — but the product likely doesn’t contain liposome-encapsulated nutrients.
For a liposomal product to contain liposomes, it needs water. As Pharmaceutical Sciences professors Vladimir P. Torchilin, Ph.D., and Volkmar Weissig, Ph.D., write in their definitive text Liposomes: A Practical Approach, “In order to produce liposomes (of whatever kind), lipid molecules must be introduced into an aqueous environment.” Water is the most common aqueous material in liposomal supplements.
Review the ingredient list of any “liposomal” capsule product, and see if you find water. Without water — and a bona fide liposomal manufacturing process — there are no liposomes.

When a formula is approved, we can say with complete confidence that it will produce consistently a stable liposomal product with superior encapsulation efficiency.
Throughout the complete process of production and packaging, each batch is monitored and tested at critical points for active ingredient content, heavy metals, microbiological agents, and other potential contaminants.
The physical characteristics of each sample are then evaluated after each batch is packaged. Our final products are released only after the Quality Team has reviewed all of the batch records and determined the product meets our exact specifications.

Our products do cost a little more than the traditional pills or powders, but if you were to calculate the cost of per milligram of nutrient you’ll find that our products are a better deal. But that is not the reason for the higher price. Sourcing of non-GMO phospholipids is costly as only an estimated 4% of soybeans grown in the United Stated are non-GMO. Our raw ingredients are sourced from reputable and trusted manufacturers. We only work with well-known, qualified suppliers who can verify that each ingredient is made from the non-GMO materials and that they follow the strict quality processes to maintain the integrity of the ingredient. For the verification of materials to know if they are non-GMO, we must routinely test each product you have aroutine test and each product of for the DNA markers.

The disparity between our product prices reflect the differences in the costs of the raw ingredients. For example, the racemic R form of Alpha Lipoic Acid is significantly more expensive than the synthetic S form used in most dietary supplements. The R form also has significantly higher bioavailability than the S form, which is why we use it in our supplements.
